You know where I am and you know I’m here all the time for you. You are an amazing mama and I hope one day to be LIKE you as a mom.

Depression is a very personal thing – even when it’s hereditary and who knows, maybe Jack will never have a depressed moment in his life (not to say he won’t ever be sad, but maybe he’ll never know the feelings we know). I agree with Moosh, head over and read the comments her readers left her, they are uplifting and you will feel less alone.

This was brave of you to post this, I hope that maybe you’ll get the chance to read through the comments that were left on my post, I have amazing readers, a lot of them either with depression or the children of a mother with depression, and they have far more wisdom than I ever expected.
